Meridian Shoyu Soya Sauce is a traditionally brewed full-bodied soya sauce. Made of soya beans and wheat. The presence of wheat gives a subtle sweet flavour. A versatile seasoning and marinade. Use in salad dressings, dips, stews or stir-fries. Features a dark colour as they are made of fermented soya beans. Available in 500 ml.
