For example, the cherries are left to hang on the trees longer to improve anthocyanin content and reduce the juice to a concentrate using low heat techniques to protect the delicate nutrients. We also cold fill our concentrated juices into bottles and use no added preservatives or other additives. Many of our customers take the products due to the rich nutrient contents (Montmorency cherries contain naturally occurring anthocyanins and melatonin), high antioxidants and glorious taste. Our products are very versatile to take. Mix them with still or sparkling water to make a delicious juice (you only need 30ml in 250ml glass of water – they are very concentrated!).
