DAY FORMULA: STANDARDISED SOYA EXTRACT RICH IN ISOFLAVONES, GRAPE SKIN AND SEED EXTRACT (VITIS VINIFERA, MALTODEXTRIN) CORN STYLE POWDER (ZEA MAIS) STINGING NETTLE LEAF POWDER (URTICA DIOICA) POTASSIUM PHOSPHATE MICROCRYSTALLINE CELLULOSE STABILISER: MONO AND DIGLYCERIDES OF FATTY ACIDS. GELATIN CAPSULE SHELL COLOURS: TITANIUM DIOXIDE, IRON OXIDE. NIGHT FORMULA: STANDARDISED SOYA EXTRACT RICH IN ISOFLAVONES HYDROXY PROPYL CELLULOSE MAGNESIUM OXIDE LEMON BALM EXTRACT (MELISSA OFFICINALIS, GUM ARABIC) ANTI-CAKING AGENT: MAGNESIUM STEARATE, VITAMIN B6 (PYRIDOXINE HYDROCHLORIDE). Directions

Take two 35mg capsules per day, 1 DAY capsule in the morning and 1 NIGHT capsule at night, with a large glass of water during meals (equating to 70mg of isoflavones per day). Continue as required

Contains soy protein to which some people may be allergic. Not suitable during pregnancy or when breastfeeding.
