Berocca effervescent tablets are packed full of 11 vitamins & minerals including vitamins B1 and B2 to help support natural energy release, B5 to support mental performance and B12 to help reduce tiredness and fatigue. Vitamins B1 and B2 work with your body to naturally convert food to fuel, helping you to release your energy. Berocca is free from caffeine, sugar and artificial stimulants and suitable for vegans. Berocca contains Vitamins B1, B2, B3 (Niacin), B5 (Pantothenic Acid), B6, B7 (Biotin), B9, B12, Vitamin C, Magnesium and Zinc.

Directions

Take 1 tablet per day. Simply dissolve in a glass or bottle of water to make a great tasting and refreshing mango flavoured drink. The recommended amount of water is 250ml, but everyone’s tastes are different so add more or less water to find the strength that suits you. Wait for the tablet ot fully effervesce before drinking. Berocca is best taken in the morning to set you up for the day ahead. It can be taken every day throughout the year, but should not be used to replace a well-balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
