Clear spring organic Japanese brown rice miso paste is a rich tasting and darkly coloured miso that makes an ideal savoury seasoning for soups, stews and sauces. Brown rice miso also known as genmai miso, is made using traditional methods and is fully aged in cedar wood kegs. This robust miso (genmai miso in Japanese), has been developed for maximum nutrition. Since it is made using whole soya beans and brown rice, it has a very wholefood nutritional profile. Available in 300 g jar.
