Clearspring Japanese Organic Dried Daikon – Dried Japanese White Radish is an extremely versatile food which is one of the quintessential vegetables in the Japanese diet. The fresh daikon root is simply washed, shredded into Julienne strips and then dried for over six hours. This slow drying process gives the daikon an especially concentrated sweet and mellow flavour and preserves most of it is nutritional value. It is grown, harvested and processed by specialist producers. It is made without colours or additives and with traditional, time-honoured methods. Available 40 gram pack.
