Doves Farm self raising flour blend is a naturally gluten free ingredients, use this flour as an alternative to self raising flour made from wheat. Follow one of there gluten free recipes or adapt a traditional recipe by adding a little extra liquid. It is unbleached and casein free, It is also use in fairy cakes, brownies, sponge cakes and many more. It is certified by Kosher.
