Octanoic acid, from coconut, helps maintain a healthy balance of flora in the colon. Also contains Thyme, Rosemary and Lemon Balm. Gentle and easily absorbed. Not advisable if pregnant or planning pregnancy. Ideally to be taken with Probio-Daily.
Take 2-3 capsules a day, with meals. Two capsules typically provide 350mg Calcium octanoate.
