They are dairy, gluten, soya free and suitable for plant based diets and vegans. The cocoa in these premium eggs hails from organic farms in the San Franciso De Macois area of Dominican Republic. The beans are grown on Trinitario cocoa trees which are cultivated and harvested in the cooling shade of citrus, avocado and banana trees. Only 4% of cocoa beans produced in Dominican Republic are of the Hispoaniola variety. These are high exclusive high quality beans.
