This delicious summer fruit recipe from the Piccolo family combines the sweet, fresh tastes of strawberries and peaches with a zingy hint of mint. A little banana swirled into the peach and strawberry makes a creamy, smooth puree. Peaches boast a huge variety of vitamins, more than most fruits, including vitamins A, C, E, K and six of the B complex vitamins. Peaches are also a member of the rose family. Stage 1 recipes are suitable from first tastes, with a range of smooth fruit and vegetable purées.
