what is going to waste your time. As such, we've taken a bit of care to try and list the essentials in our sports supplement range. Critical vitamins and minerals such magnesium, zinc, vitamin D and more are all plainly visible on our storefront, and for good reason.
Magnesium, for example, is listed due to how absolutely critical it is in ensuring your body continues to function effectively. It's needed for over 300 important biochemical reactions that happen in your body daily. It's critical for the continued function of your muscles and your nervous system. It even aids in protein synthesis - which is obviously critical if you're interested in working out.
Similarly, zinc has been listed intentionally too. This is because zinc is required for a variety of different tasks within the body also. These include cellular regeneration, the digestion of carbohydrates as they break down into glucose and more. Many people take zinc due to the role it plays in maintaining a properly functioning memory - whereas others take it due to the role it plays in the human digestive system.
Vitamin D3 Is another key vitamin we've listed. It's especially important as it helps regulate calcium levels and phosphate levels throughout your body. Low vitamin D3 levels can manifest themselves in the form of weak bones that break easily. This isn't a particularly commendable trait if you're lifting weights. It's especially worth considering supplementing with vitamin D3 if you live in an area where you aren't regularly being exposed to sunlight. This is bad for a whole host of reasons (it throws off your circadian rhythm) - but a major reason it's bad is due to the lack of vitamin D you receive.
